For NYC Restaurant Week, diners can treat themselves to prix fixe menus from some of the city’s hottest and otherwise pricey restaurants. This year, I sampled Bobby Van’s and Dos Caminos – where they make your salsa fresh from scratch right at your table. The chili sampler on the side was MUY CALIENTE!
